Inbound SMS is included with Pro (150 per month) and Max (300 per month). Pay-As-You-Go is billed per message.
Codes appear in the dashboard shortly after the sender delivers them. Some services block virtual numbers entirely. That's a restriction on their side and not something Maskr can override.
