Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using Maskr.

Essential Summary & Core Policies

Refund Policy: Except where required by applicable law or where Maskr determines a billing error occurred (such as duplicate charges or technical payment failures), prepaid credits, virtual number allocations, subscriptions, and Pay-As-You-Go balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Zero Tolerance for Violations: Utilizing Maskr for spam, phishing, unauthorized bulk mailing, credential harvesting, carrier telephony abuse, or illegal activities results in immediate, irreversible account termination and total forfeiture of active balances and allocations without notice.
Ephemeral Encrypted Relay: Incoming messages are processed ephemerally in volatile memory (RAM) to remove tracking pixels and malicious telemetry before forwarding to your verified destination inbox. Message bodies are not permanently stored after successful delivery.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the services provided by Maskr ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User") enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every clause contained herein, you must immediately cease all access and utilization of the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Services & Privacy Architecture

Maskr provides identity privacy and communication security utilities, including on-demand email masking aliases, personalized username subdomains, virtual carrier line forwarding, inbound SMS routing, disposable payment cards, and breach monitoring.

Ephemeral Encrypted Relay: Incoming emails are encrypted in transit using industry-standard transport encryption where available. During forwarding, Maskr temporarily processes message contents in volatile memory (RAM) to remove known tracking pixels and malicious telemetry before immediately relaying the sanitized email to your verified destination inbox. Message bodies are not permanently stored after successful delivery.

Email Controls & Privacy Management

Maskr empowers users to manage unwanted senders and communications through native controls:

Leave Me Alone: Unsubscribe from supported mailing lists and promotional newsletters with one tap.
Block Sender: Permanently reject future emails from specific, unwanted senders.
Freeze Alias: Temporarily pause incoming message forwarding for any alias without deleting it.
Burn Alias: Permanently deactivate a mask and reject all future messages. Deleted aliases cannot be recovered once deletion is completed.

Billing Policy

3. Prepaid Wallet, Billing & Refund Policy

Maskr offers both recurring subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Max) and usage-based prepaid credits (Pay As You Go / PayUGo) to fund telephony line allocations, SMS delivery, virtual cards, and email throughput.

EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR WHERE Maskr DETERMINES A BILLING ERROR OCCURRED (SUCH AS DUPLICATE CHARGES OR TECHNICAL PAYMENT FAILURES), PREPAID CREDITS, VIRTUAL NUMBER ALLOCATIONS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PAY-AS-YOU-GO BALANCES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

No Cash Redemption: Prepaid wallet credits have no fiat, cash, or monetary value outside the Platform. Credits cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or transferred to any external financial institution upon account closure or voluntary discontinuation of service.
Prepaid Top-Up Balances: Top-up transactions are subject to minimum funding thresholds displayed at checkout. Deposited funds are immediately dedicated to service consumption and telephone line reservation fees.
Chargebacks & Payment Inquiries: If you believe an erroneous charge has occurred, you agree to contact Maskr support prior to initiating a bank dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination and may be disputed with the relevant payment processor.
Subscription Renewals: Paid subscriptions automatically renew on their recurring cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date via Account Settings. Cancellation prevents future billing; prior subscription periods remain non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Violation Rules

Maskr is designed strictly for legal, legitimate identity and communication privacy. We maintain an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy regarding platform abuse. You expressly agree that you will NOT use Maskr, its aliases, subdomains, phone numbers, or servers for:

🚫 Unsolicited Bulk Email (Spam)Transmission of unsolicited marketing, bulk commercial emails (UCE/UBE), chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited high-volume blasts to non-consenting recipients.

🚫 Platform & API AbuseAutomated scraping, excessive API requests, reverse engineering, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass subscription rate limits and security boundaries are strictly prohibited.

Consequences of Violations: Any detected or reported violation of this Section will result in instantaneous, irreversible account termination without notice or warning, immediate permanent blacklisting of associated credentials, and total forfeiture of all prepaid wallet funds, numbers, and domains without recourse.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure & Carrier Delivery

Maskr uses third-party infrastructure providers, email delivery services, payment processors, and licensed telecommunications carriers solely to provide forwarding, SMS delivery, phone numbers, and payment processing.

To execute telecommunication and message delivery functions across national carrier networks and global routing paths, strictly necessary delivery payloads and technical routing headers (such as destination phone numbers and recipient email MX records) are transmitted to these authorized partners. These entities are bound to process data solely to execute technical delivery in compliance with global telecommunications regulations and carrier security standards.

6. Disclaimers, Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Service Availability: Maskr depends on third-party infrastructure providers, telecommunications carriers, and internet connectivity. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery where outages, routing blocks, or cellular network delays occur outside our technical control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maskr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
