Why our delivery heuristics remain closed to protect inbox deliverability against professional spammers.
In the email relay ecosystem, open-source relay projects are routinely downloaded and weaponized by professional spammers. Malicious actors analyze the open-source code to find bypasses for spam filters and rate limits, which rapidly blacklists the relay's IP pools across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. By keeping our routing engine and abuse detection heuristics proprietary, we prevent spammers from exploiting our infrastructure, ensuring 99.99% inbox delivery for our legitimate users.
Even though backend routing code is closed, we use industry-standard, auditable protocols: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, k-Anonymity SHA-1 hash slicing for breach checks, and standard SPF/DKIM/DMARC DNS records.
We prioritize your real-world inbox deliverability over ideological purity. Legitimate users get clean, trusted relaying.
