Prefixes, labels and the Randomize button
How the prefix field works and which prefixes are reserved.
The Alias Prefix / Label field sets the part before the @. The Randomize button fills it with a clean ID such as mskr357164, mskr.357164 or mskr-357164.
- Letters, numbers, dots, hyphens and underscores are allowed.
- Leave it empty and Maskr assigns a random
mskrID. - Free accounts always receive a random prefix. Custom prefixes need a paid plan.
Reserved prefixes
Words like admin, support, billing, security, help, abuse and reply are reserved only on the shared @maskr.online domain. On your own username subdomain or a custom domain you can use any prefix.
